On January 4, 1928, an Italian immigrant family founded the company ‘ Narciso Baldan & Irmãos’, in the city of Matão, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. This was the beginning of the activities of what came to be the future Baldan Implementos Agrícolas S/A.
In 1952, the Baldan family manufactured the first disc for ploughs and harrows made in Brazil. The pioneering initiative broke the dependence on imported products and contributed to the development of agriculture in the country.
Baldan discs became to be rated among the best products offered in the market. Innovation encouraged the practice of new methods and production techniques.

Lucas Mill firmly believes in providing high-quality products at affordable prices. Founded on the intention to expand the horizons of landholders and small-medium forestry operators, Lucas Mill was established with the objectives of developing a timber-milling machine that was:

Cam-Concept was founded in 2006 by its current owner, who has over 30 years experience in the field of manufacturing and automation of industrial equipment. In 2008 the company developed the Cam-Lift, hybrid between a trailer and a hook-lift system. The success was immediate. The Cam-Lift product is represented by several models in both capacity and length.
